Project: renovation of two floor apartment with attic conversion

In this property the whole central heating system (incl. boiler) was replaced. All the old electrics have been replaced by a completely new central box system. Also new television- and internet access points were placed in several locations in the property.

All walls and ceilings have been re-plastered. Pipe work has been altered to facilitate a brand new kitchen.

In the living room a load bearing wall was removed and finished with ornamental architrave to match the existing moulding around the doors.

In the empty attic several new spaces have been created: one large bedroom with build-in wardrobe, a guest bedroom, a utility room (for washing machine, dryer and boiler), a new bathroom and a generous landing.
Before this work could be started the roof construction had to be reinforced. After that the whole roof construction was insulated, closed with plasterboard and finished with plaster.

The separation walls for the various rooms were constructed from metal-stud, insulated, closed with plasterboard and finished with plaster.

The new bathroom. A new floor of light weight concrete was poured for this room.

Project: changing a garage into a luxurious bedroom (incl. made to measure furniture)

Above: The original garage door is replaced by a whole new front with a door. By placing a separation wall a storage an utility area is created.

Under: The existing loft is removed and beams for a new loft are placed.

Above: the installation of the electricity, access points for television- and internet, central heating, water pipes for tap, and a close-in boiler.

Under: plasterwork, equalizing and tiling the floor.

Under: furniture made to measure, designed for the client and made on the premises.

The loft and stairs were to be painted by the client.

Our part of the project had therefore been completed.

Project: 2 dormer windows and attic conversion

Project: loft in garage

To be able to realise this loft, first of all a steel portal had to be placed. After that the floor beams could be secured and could the stairs be installed. Subsequently the floor and the wall could be closed.
